With extensive experience in counseling, education, leadership development, and community outreach, she has worked alongside students, educators, families, first responders, faith communities, and organizations to promote emotional wellness and lasting transformation.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health and National Certified Counselor, Dr. Melissa combines evidence-based practices with faith-informed principles to help people navigate life’s challenges with resilience, clarity, and hope. Her work extends beyond counseling into speaking engagements, workshops, leadership development, and mental wellness training that equip individuals and organizations to create meaningful and lasting change.
